If You wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us via email at info@bdresscode.gr

Once we receive the product and if it is at its original condition, its packing is instant and it includes its origina contents, we will ship the new product you want

The shipping cost for return and resent are paid by the customer.

All Product exchanges must be made the latest withinh 10 days from the date that the customer has received his package

Please remember we can not make refunds
